Farting Tyrannosaurus.

A modern bird mocks a young tyrannosaurus for his primitive "proto-feathers". And the tyrannosaur farts. Aha.

I'm a lucky duck.

This is for all those rare and wonderful people in my life who've been there for me unconditionally. I can't express how much that means to me.

Holy moly Birthdays!

For my mom's and brother's birthdays I created some artwork, alongside other gifts. The first is graphite on canvas (an experiment which I found worked out pretty well) and it shows my mom hugging Frodo, a hobbit from the Lord of the Rings trilogy. The second is ink and brush, depicting a computer tech pin up girl.

Series, parts 1 and 1.

I've been a busy bee this summer. These are both portions of what will be separate series. One involving the cuteness of cats and dinosaurs, the other about the magic of inner dragon-ness. I'll be selling prints and the originals.

Life Drawing.

We're starting to work in oversize, which totally gives me artgasms. This is 4'x4' paper, using ink brush, graphite, water colour and black wax. Sorry for the crappy quality. I need to figure out how to take better photos of this stuff.



Last week I did this one, it's more like 3'x3'.5" unprimed canvas, using india ink, pastel and coloured ink.

Good Friday

I biked and walked around Old Oakville for six hours today on a whim and documented it here. Then I bought a movie for seven bucks (The Happening, I haven't seen it before). Then I bought bananas, oranges, granola bars, peanut butter, an avocado, and a couple cans of tuna. Then I watched a chick flick with my roommate (which she also bought today for seven dollars) and I ate a creme egg. Happy Easter, everybody.
